You get 1 point for beating a team. You get 2 points for every team that you beat beat. 3 points for beating a team that beat a team that beat a team. Continue the chain until you get to a winless team. You also lose 1 point for each team that beat you. Lose 2 more points if one of those teams lost, and continue up the chain. Kinda confusing to explain, I'll clarify if anyone has any questions.
