Do any of you incorporate (an emphasis on) "First Step" in your powerback build? Or do you put all of your focus into the break-tackle equation?

Well it's penalized.. So I don't think so.

Well obv if it's penalized it doesn't make sense to use.

I've seen a lot of mixed opinions on First Step. Some people find it utterly useless and hate it, some people swear it raises their players overall speed.

First Step: This player has a very fast reaction time. The First Step skill gives him a boost to acceleration when starting from a dead stop. This skill is very important for players who rely on speed to get them moving before the O-Line is set, resulting in a TFL.

But seriously, there are better things IMO. And FS is 3rd in the SA tree a PB should be avoiding.
