depends on archetype.
but streaky is one of the best ones out there for any kind of WR.

probably streaky, track star (if you have 90+ natural speed), mr reliable, possession receiver, sure hands, clutch and slow starter.
people with more experience with WRs can probably narrow it down, but i cant see any other VAs other than those I listed being of much value.

probably not at cap 42 as you and your QB probably wont have enough faking SAs to really take advantage of lowering a CB's vision.

I grab a ton of fake augmenting VA's, but for most builds that's not a good idea.
And yeah... Streaky is great for WR's.
Did this WR have streaky?

In seasons 14 and 15, yeah, but not before.
I was utilizing clever instincts for 6 seasons because he was usually out-leveled. Once he peaked I swapped that out for streaky.

Most WR corps will want everyone to max Streaky, but beyond that WR VAs are very build, scheme, and usage dependent.

if a CB is in the area of a poorly thrown ball, its going to be deflected 9 out of 10 times weather ot nor you have ball hawk. the bad pass quality just makes it easy for them. the only thing that ball hawk is really gonna do is maybe net you a few more completions over the course of a season (which a lot of other better VAs will also do, and then some), and maybe prevent CB from getting that rare INT (the ball is easier to pick off when the WR isnt around, and BH will help you get to the ball faster, making it harder for CBs.).

Usually, bad passes are so far off that they are uncatchable, and even when they are on target, their PQ is so bad that they are mega-easy to PD.
