The spreaded out EQ and spending SA's, also, you made all your stats similar, it would be more effective to get an attribute to 70s before working on another.

And it's not your "effect". It's your "effective level" all it measures is how effectively your player was built with respect to total SP in your build compared to other builds of your level. Essentially your build has as much SP in it as the average level 18 DE.

effective level is not skills or anything its amount of SP compared to level so he hs the average SP's that a lvl 18 would have so, if you train alot and but more points in certain skills rather then spreading out then itll be alright
