At this point in the year I am only concerned with the East. Week 1 is always crap shoot because its like a box of chocolates... you never know what you are going to get.

7. S.W.O. Swamp Donkeys Very old... look at the roster majority of the roster will be over 480 days old by the playoffs. Many will be over 520
8. Thunder Bay Wolverines
9. Iowa Barnstormers: Not a bad team not a great team... very low chemistry hit them early and hit them often...
10. Hub City Hustlers: Hard to judge the roster at this point. They are young an IMHO a year away from winning it all. They need WRs which I am sure they will take care of before day 1.
Don't sleep on the Niagara Maulers or the Puvirnituq Musketeers both of these teams have the potential to win it all on the east side.
