i know of someone who does something similar for a soccer team.

he doesn;t have phone-ins as such, but his idea came from the phone-in radio show.

each week he invites a respected friend, author or someone related tot he soccer team ( maybe even a fan on an interent board who is known to all) and they discuss their thoughts ideas.

it is well followed and well respected.

He issues it as a podcast.

i think the podcast would work better.

Invite ( lets say DTD) ....record a conversation on SKYPE, make you podcast and then issue it for us all to listen to in our own time. Some of us are not on US time.

They have archives where u can listen whenever you like.
