Don't care wether the defense is 4-3 or 3-4 as long as he has sufficient playing time.

He ran for 4,939.5 yards and 109 TD during the 14h season of GLB as a full starter but last year he was rotating with 2 HB, a rushing QB and a rushing FB (5 backs running) and still managed to get 1,409 yards and 23 touchdowns.
But I'm not looking for that. I'm looking for a team carrying no more than 3 backs (QB and FB included). I'm looking for at least 15 carries per game.
I don't care if my guys are not starters as long as they get enough playing time. I won't boost them and the team will have to pay for their equipments upgrades if needed.
