S8 looks pretty damn serious tbfh and here I thought it might be an easy season

Top 4 listed on Silver 8 East vs Top 4 listed on Silver 1 West would be an interesting matchup. I'd give the edge to 8. You could throw Silver 2 West in the there as well.

Actually Silver 2 West vs Silver 1 West would probably be a better matchup in terms of equal opponents.

quite a few teams from my non boost non custom league on there, so maybe not so tough around playoff time.

S2 west as is, is gonna be pretty tough.

This season will be interesting. A lot of hardware in the S8 teams over the last 2-3 seasons.

Oh well, S8 is clearly the best right now, I'm hoping this changes, or it'll be a lame season in S2, we will all have to fight it out to get past the first round while lolcopperfails get to have retard wars in the other conference....

Silver 5 is practically a copper league....

There are 294 available pee-wee teams (CPU owner as is) 42 of which are in silver.

There are well over 700 people on the waiting list to get a peewee team.

Will new owners be given teams in silver leagues, to avoid ANY CPU teams, or is copper going to be more competitive than silver 4 and 5 this season?

Yes on new owners getting silver, if we follow previous season actions.

I posted this in bugs and was told this would be worked out when all teams are handed out, so I guess we will all go back to our normal leagues.

At this point I kind of hope not, I like the way they did it, its not very good for the sake of gold, but for the competition while in silver it is a positive change.

I think that maybe we should change a few copper leagues to silver leagues, and increase the difficulty of rising from copper to silver.

Plus I already dropped teams due to Conference/League complications, and to have to rejuggle those would be agonizing.

Were they shuffled into elite leagues like what happens at the minors levels?

That would make sense, but it's only one conference in each league.
