Keep it under lvl 24'/26 CAP unless your team is SOLID and is a shoe-in to atleast win the conference next season.
Im better at scouting for the DC then scouting opposing Defenses.

EDIT: I can Fulltime DC for 1 lvl 14CAP. lvl 14 ONLY, i mean they will be a lvl 14 next season!
