This is a slow-build team. A true slow-build team, where no player has yet started on their third att (will happen next season). As such, performance this past season wasn't very good. We're gearing up for the long-haul, though, and expect to be more competitive next season and especially going forward, as our builds start to round out.
This team has a very active forum, lots of build advice for those who want it, and ample opportunities to play. Even though we are an existing group, starting jobs may be available on for WRs to better players. If yours is not built in the same strategy as ours, that's ok, as long as it's a good build and we can see some sense to your approach. This team is part of a recently formed network - there is a future for all players involved here. We have many experienced and successful coordinators in this network who will step in once this team reaches the big leagues. In the meantime, we'd be happy to let someone else take the reigns at OC or DC, if you have the desire.
