I am currently recruiting all positions right now, except RB. I'm trying to bring in a decent amount of players who I can win with in Cap 30. Some players I have right now are simply just too low a level 2 be able to compete in this league. My Goal for this team is to go all the way to the pro's. I'm looking for some agents who are as active as our staff is. I believe with good, active agents, and a good, active staff, you can win at any level.
A little bit about myself and our team.
My name is Derrick. I have been playing GLB for 2 years. I am not an offensive or defensive genius. I manage things well and keep things running. I guess you could say I'm more of a Director of Football Operations then an owner. I took over the team after week 4 of last season. I had a friend who owned the team and didn't have time for GLB any longer and had support transfer the team over to me.
The team was 2-2 when I took over. We ended up 13-3 with a stunning loss in the first round of the playoffs. We have 2 very good coordinators who, like myself, donate a lot of time to GLB. You could say it is our second job. Our #1 goal is to have fun here. That's what we're all her for isn't it? #2 goal. Winning. Winning makes the game much more fun.
