Short term he's probably OK. Long term, no. Simply put, I don't think this guy knows what he's doing. I mean High Jumper with 40 jumping? Seriously? And he's a Combo corner who at level 33 only has two majors capped. The build may suffice in 34 cap, although I'm not certain.
