wayne, your kicker's kicking is WAY low. My level 9 has 68 natural (vs. your level 17 with 72). This is because you took time off to cap vis and con. Those are important, but kicking is by far the most important attribute. You need more kicking, then more confidence, then more vision. Then str and everything else.
