Progress so far? what should I be doing? Right now, I think my plan is to retire all my players and pump any remaining flex into this dot.

I would not do that. He's way behind on punting. Level 27 should be almost to 90 punting natural.

agreed, you should have put sp's into punting until at least a natural 84.

Well, depends. It will never be an elite build, but could be serviceable, and with luck can end up successful.

Up to you really. If you decide to start over, 4th or 5th cap punting first. I'm not as extreme as bug is.
