It seems like my DE's are doing well this year when it comes to pass rushing, meanwhile my pass rush DT's are worthless. I will open both builds, and welcome any critique of these two.

Game log for my DE, take out the one blow out, and he is doing great in all of his close games and losses.

Game log for my DT, he is worthless, even in blow outs.

Is this the general trend?

Looks like your DT lacks the speed needed to get to the QB for the sack. Not to mention Tackles aren't really stat stuffers - in real life or this game - because of where they rush from.

DEs are always good at lower levels because they invest in speed long before OTs do.

Your DT build is fine. He needs more speed, but he should be a good player long-term. What I would recommend is switching out a lot of your agility EQ for strength EQ. I had 2 agility-based DTs and decided to swap one's EQ to mostly cover strength. The guy with strength at 110+ has been much better lately.

From my experience 110STR, 100AGL is better than 110AGL 100STR

Your DT needs more str. Dont neglect vision, confidence and stamina.
