Essentially I am looking for active agents to fill as many roles as I can... but will make the rest myself if needed.

All players will be required to both boost and buy the first piece of CE.
All players will be required a training/build guide.
All players will be main components of the team, no player goes unnoticed.
All players will ALWAYS receive max XP.
All players will be offered lolgm spots.

I know several teams offer freedom on builds for the sake of a recruiting edge, but I would rather let you know up front, rather than pretend otherwise, that if you go off the build track you will see reduced playing time. Our build guide is very specific, even including SA and Archetype decisions.

Offense [25 Total] (I expect the Offense to be about 75% Run 25% Pass)

How do you want your qbs to be built? I haven't boosted or bought equipment/custom equipment yet btw.

The DVD are a pee-wee team.

It sounds more like someone wants to offer other people the opportunity to watch a well built dot win a championship, as opposed to making them myself.

really good team, beat the best team in my peewee league. Obviously has great build guides. Do you have anywhere to send the guys after they move on though?
