This is our 3rd season in Pee Wee and 1st in Gold. Right now we are 4-3 and have played very competitive in our losses without boosting hardly any players (about 10%). C3L is a fun team and we offer a lot to any agent wanting to join our ranks.

3) We enter a lot of tourneys and are doing pretty well in the double elimination and Ftw.
4) WE ARE A GOLD TEAM #@$^^@#$%, and should remain in gold in s16 and have a pretty good shot at the playoffs this year. (7th seed currently)
5) Everyone is a part of the team, all are welcome to scout and all input is valued. I welcome help with the offense and defense. I am by no means a dictator or a jerk. Gold is a lot of work for sure and I have no problems with people helping.

What is required....
A) Boosting is required upon request. I do allow people to request early or late boosting although. But if I give the all in, everybody has got to boost. (probably after game 4 at least) I will probably run a 2nd pee wee team some day that is non boost and Ce, but for now... we all gotta boost.
B) CE is required. Currently I have about 34 commits, If needed I will fill out the rest of the team myself, I have no issues in that. I only recruit because I like having a lot of agents on my team, not because I can't afford the players. An agent having CE to me is huge, it is like them saying "I care about my dot".
C) You will be required to follow a build guide, that is flexible based on the sim. I welcome input on things and you can change thing around. For some agents the build guide is "Get 65 strength, then I don't care." I like people to feel that they have some control over their dot, following a build guide is pretty lame. It makes you feel in some sense you are just a financial addition to the team.
We will also be holding a name contest and if you win it, you get to keep 2 of my pee wee players for your cap 14 team, or I will build you 2 dots for your pee wee team. Other prizes will be available depending on how they change the game.
