ATM I have my CB's speed is at 70, should I bother taking it higher, or should I now look to cap Agility and Vision?

leave it, and move on to cap agility and vision. ALGs should easily take your speed to 80+.

Would definitely take it to 74 natural with the current system. You're going to want 100+ speed endgame, and you still need EQ points for agility and possibly vision, so 80 natural speed really isn't going to be enough.

80+ natural speed will net you 100+ speed. with lvl 64 EQ (36 points), and custom (another 6, so 36+6=42), you can easily take it to 100+/100+ with 42 points.

i just ran it through the builder, and by going 68/68/68/68 speed/agility/vision/jumping, you wind up with 89 speed, 81 agility, 78 vision, and 76 jumping. no need to go higher than that, imo.

70 Sounds good because usually you only have to stick with the WR for 10 Yards.

This. Running 68/68/73/68 is ideal for a PD oriented corner.

Depends on what type of CB you've got, but I've always been a fan of 73/73/73/68. Outside of the Big Four, the only thing worth even considering bringing up is Stamina following the most recent update this season to it.

As far as whether or not to cap the others, a lot depends on where Agility and Vision are at the moment and which cap you're talking about..

That is very wrong.

I would cap both confidence and strength as well as stamina. Plus you want a ton of SAs.

meh, i dont think stamina will really need to be brought much higher than most people already have it (soft capped).

if my math is right (which im pretty sure it is... small sample size though, so its not perfect.), i have 50 stamina CBs with ~38 end game energy, and 55 stamina CBs with an end game energy of ~42.

yeah those end game energy levels are fairly low... but i think they are acceptable. especially since it will only be that low at the end of a game.

Not the Big 4 ... the Big 3 ... While jumping is important, its not at important as the other 3

and IMO confidence is as, if not more important than stamina ... and i cant believe you left Strength out all 3 of those need to be capped at some point. Id cap stamina last of the 3 ... once your in the 40-50 range for stamina you are usually good ... getting it to 50 + is something you can look at doing around level 60ish

i factored that in. the math is really pretty simple. its pretty much just direct variation and proportionality.

Not enough 'Very's.

As far as the OP goes, I have to agree with SunshineMan. The system of starting an attrib at 25 allows you to reach the 1st cap at lvl 2 (with a little training), which makes getting to a much higher cap early on a very strong strategy. So don't be afraid to take Speed a bit higher, though 73-74 is enough - CBs have many things to be spending points on. That said, going to 68 and then switching to Agility is very valid as well. Both ways will contribute to making a very good CB.

More than third capped speed (assuming you do it first) is not required right now. It might be in a few seasons however. You never know.
