I own a lv 40 QB and his speed/agility is still in the 20s. Should I be working on that soon? Will I see a big change in the amount of pressure (hurries) i get per game?

You may as well train them because you'll run out of options in your career anyways. Your throwing, vision, and strength should be ungodly high by now, so that only leaves spd/agi or stam/conf, but I don't recommend stam/conf training as heavily as spd/agi because Heart of Champ can always supplement for a lack of confidence come playoff time. That leaves spd/agi as your remaining focus, so jack it up. Don't put SP's in it though imho, unless of course you're a rushing QB.

Train both, and get agility to 60+. SAs are very important to QBs as well.
HOC does not work if your QB can't get your team to a championship.
