I have a pee wee team and a buttload of players that are new this season. (I choose not to count them so I don't cry)

Seems exp changes are just insane. Like every single dude I got has max exp after game 1. Seems pretty nice, but I was just curious if you nerds had the math about it or a link to the post about exp.

Seems that basically after 15 plays you get max exp. All of my guys have like within 30-40 exp of each other.

Any thoughts?

The amount of xp earned depends on what setting your player plays on: Relaxed, Normal, Hard

really? in what fashion does play intensity effect XP gain?

On Normal and Hard it is ~15 plays max exp. Under relaxed it takes more, but since no one uses it it doesn't matter.
