1. Oklahoma City Spartans 1-0-0
A dominant victory over a solid team in the Bay Area Bastards entrench the OKC at the top of the power rankings for week 1. They enter the new season as the team to beat in the Western Conference.

2. Reno Marauders 1-0-0
A big win over perennial contenders Little Haiti skyrockets Reno up the board. Their game against the OKC Outlaws will either cement their status at the high end of the power rankings or expose them.

3. Colorado Springs Flyers 1-0-0
Gutty, high powered offensive game versus the OK City Outlaws showed the Flyers have some mettle although their offensive line needs to give QB Rock Thunderarm a little more time in the pocket for their aerial attack to stay offensive.

4. Over The Rhine Red Dots 1-0-0
A dominant 63-0 scoreboard gives OTR the number 4 spot. Opposing teams in BBB 1 will have to take away the pass to have any chance against the Dots this year.

5. Florida Bulls 1-0-0
Dramatic ending provided the Bulls’ first W on the year. A well played, tight game against a decent opponent, but did they deserve the W? Greatly improved team on paper and their next game against a very strong LA Reign defense will test them.

6. Los Angeles Reign 1-0-0
Last season, a blowout against Minden didn’t count for much. But the Musketeers have improved their team considerably. Arguably, the most dominant defense in the league on paper along with OKC Spartans.

7. Fresno Fire 1-0-0
Solid victory over the Minnesota Americans provided a good start for one of last season’s doormats. Greatly improved across the board from last year.

8. Oklahoma City Outlaws 0-1-0
Close loss versus a good Colorado Springs team gives the Outlaws a spot above a team with a W. Outlaws have a solid team with some odd weak points. A few moves or some good player development will see a lot more wins than losses for the Outlaws this year.

9. South Otto Fragile Porcelain Mice 1-0-0
Easy week one victory over Boston, who looks like they may be this year’s Minden. This week’s game against San Jose will pit them against a more equal opponent and should be entertaining.

10. Little Haiti Voodoo 0-1-0
Had to have been a little shocked to be upset by Reno. Look for them to rebound against Minden.
11. San Jose Chupacabra 0-1-0
A missed PAT and an early safety kept San Jose from a victory in game one. Stable team needs a big win to recover some morale from last week’s debaucle.

12. Bay Area Bastards 0-1-0
First game against the Spartans…Sorry for your luck. Should be a little easier against Fresno.

13. Minnesota Americans 0-1-0
Hung in there for a good game against the Fresno Fire. Showed some promise on both sides of the football.

14. Boston Boogie Monsters 0-1-0
Have some skill on the table but are still undernourished.

15. Minden Musketeers 0-1-0
They look improved but…well….they’re Minden.

16. Vallonia BeaverHunters 0-1-0
63-0….’nuf said.

Dominating Boston in a similar fashion may bump you up into the top three or higher

Much as he clashes with some of our GM's, with Bay Area and the other OKC going down tooley has a point, he should really be #2 even if he did light up a mediocre team. Even I had him at #3 pre-season...

Tough wee 2 game against what many felt was the best team in the league last season. Not much hope for an upset!

They beat up on an overmatched team. The 2 and 3 teams beat better quality opponents, hence why I ranked OTR as 4.

With another blowout, OTR will move up.

really, i was basing it on how we finished last season, and the fact that our team only got stronger with the addition of my man Blitz Happenz. either way, things will play out, so i really dont care much.
