can a RB use the return specialist special ability? or is it just for CB i was told by catch22 it works for RB's but when i placed 4 sp on the ability i lost 1 effective level and went from 380 sp to 376? my special ability of 3 return speciaists also shows up as a grey number just like the abilitys that have 0 for a level others the numbers are blue. can anyone help me out?

It does work for them.
The numbers they use for "effective level" and such only look at your main stats and not any SAs.
Your number is gray because all numbers are gray unless there is equipment giving at least 1 point in that category. And since all your points come from SPs it will always be gray.

It does work for them.
