I know I probably messed up on his build because his effective level is 32. Do I need to get his Vision up or Agility?

Agility is more important, but I don't think it's a major on a run blocker. Hoenestly, I'd fourth cap blk before anything else. And train spd/sta.

Confidence is under rated by a lot of people, but I think it helps my linemen perform. Puma is right on with Blocking first tho.
