You need to put a lot more into agility and vision.... and eventually into your Shutdown Corner Abilities Tree.

I would say retire also. If you want to keep him, this is what I'd do:
* No more SAs
* Speed to 68 while intense training agility/vision
* Agility to 68 while intense training vision/jumping
* No more SAs
* Speed to 68 while intense training agility/vision
* Agility to 68 while intense training vision/jumping

no dont retire. his build is alright.
you spread out your equipment too much. thats not good. you want to focus on 1-2 things. like for CB's you focus on speed and agility.
make him extremely fast. once hes at like 80 speed and 60 agility then focus on strength and vision.

if youre going to tell him to no retire, at least give him good advice. 80/60 speed/agility isnt good... if you are talking raw then that speed is way too high and agility way too low. and if youre talking with EQ, agility is way too low.
