Warrior General Games

He is currently Lvl 1. I am looking to sign with a team who will let me slow build him for a couple of seasons then kick him into high gear with custom EQ around lvl 13/14. Anybody out there have the patience to wait for a 3000-4000 yard rusher with 60-80+TDs in one season?
