Season 15 - Second Chance Tournament

Summary
-------------------------------------------
This tournament is designed to give those who lost their way out of the other tournaments a second chance. Seeding will be based on previous tournament finishes. Since all the other tournaments handed out the good trophies we were stuck with old soccer trophies to hand out to the winners, that's what we get for being the best losers.

Rules
-------------------------------------------
You are INELIGIBLE to participate if you were the winner of these tournaments or are still active in any of the following tournaments
- Official Pee Wee Cup
- Silver Only
- Copper Only
- Halo's
- FTW Invitational
- Double Elimination
- Copper vs. Silver Open
Due to the nature and timing of the Air Attack, Gold-Silver Challenge and the Silver League Tourney they will have no impact on your involvement in this tournament in regard to seeding or eligibility.
Copper and Silver teams MUST have a Winning record in the regular season at the conclusion of signups.
Lower Seeded Teams are responsbile for sending challenges
Winner of each matchup must report the results
All Challenges must be OPEN and Use Playoff Rules
This list may be expanded to include other tournaments not currently known about.

Seeding
-------------------------------------------
While last year the seeding was random, this year we will seed based on performance in other tournaments. There will be categories based on what round you were eliminated in. The higher the round number the better the seeding. For instance losing the championship game of the Official TOurnament (typically 128 teams, would be Round 7). The official Accounting firm of Kaerey, Kaerey and Kaerey will handle seeding within each category based on number of letters in your team name (Yes, the
"Dyslexik Tedd's Monntana Clubb Football" have a little advantage here).

I had it in there. But now that I think about it, we will need to figure out what to do with "rounds" for this one. Should we count the round of your first loss? or second? Might inflate rankings for someone if we count their second game as the second round even if they lose both.

I don't care about your rankings, I care when they lose out of it.

Here's what I will count for the Double Elimination Tournament, If you lose the below games, your round of loss is listed.
Games 9-12: Round 1
Games 17-20: Round 2
Games 21, 22: Round 3
Games 25, 26: Round 4
Games 27, 29, 30: Round 5
