I am going to go ahead and take this tourney over, and keep it active seeing as how the host of the tourney last season never updated it. It is going to be created exactly the same as his. (Same rules and all)

Hey everyone. I'm here to announce the return of the Gold-Silver Challenge for Season 15. The GSC is 8 Gold teams and 8 Silver teams representing their tier in head-to-head competition. But we have some tweaks to determining the participating teams this season. We are accepting 8 Gold Teams and 16 Silver teams. Post your team name and link here if you wish to enter.

Rules
The Silver teams will be seeded and play each other in a qualifying round for a spot on Team Silver.
There will be 3 matchups for each participating team.
Each round is Gold vs. Silver..
A win equals a point for that team's league.
The league with the most points wins, I will try to get a trophy for all 8 teams on the winning side.
A MVT award will be given to the team that contributes the most to their league's performance, factored by wins and total points scored minus total points allowed.

Using Time Trials examples for MVT award

Round 1 Gold makes the offer to Silver.
Round 2 Silver makes the offer to Gold.
Round 3 The team with the better +/- makes the offer.

Gold 5 leads the MVT race with + 28 and Silver 6 leads the race with +42.

After round two the +/- gets updated and you face off against whoever you were ranked the same as for the final round.

MVT goes to team with (in order of tie-breakers)

1) Highest wins total
2) Best +/-
3) Initial ranking going into the tournament
