Here is the recruiting pitch for the Whistler Canuckleheads.
We are a core group of season 1& 2 vets, that have decided to start a new franchise with all the new architype changes. We are looking to find agents who want to be a part of something long term. We are slowbuilding within the new system and looking for the following positions.
Offense - Pass blocking LT, Combo LG, RG, RT, Possession WR, combo WR
Defence - Combo LE, Coverage/Jack LOLB, Coverage CBx2 & Combo/hitter SS
We are looking for agents to make a 2 year minimum commitment. you will receive a contract structured as follows $700 base pay, 1000 bonus, We will try and cover equipment, but we will also be building a stadium because the stadium allows us to bring in more money to pay fro future expenses.
Contracts may be renegotiated at the end of each year as we progress levels to ensure we can train properly. I don`t guarantee playing time, as i leave that up to my OC/DC.

Team graphics have been ordered and all agents will receive a logo with jersey number and helmet. Also all agent will be made GM, so that when we win, all agents that have made the commitment will receive a trophy as well.
