Just didn't slowbuild.
vision should be triple capped, and probably fourth capped. finish sta cap. cap str, double cap jumping. he still needs sv too.

this. your split in speed/agility is also a bit uneven. if possible, i would look to take about 6-7 point of speed and switch that to agility. a 1:1 ratio is pretty ideal, but in a pinch an X
