I plan to make one using reward points, how should i spend the assigned points and how do i build it

If you want a pure blocking TE be prepared for him to be gimp for many seasons.

The new major/minors will alter things a bit, and I haven't done the maths for the addition of confidence and agility (and removal of catching) from the majors.

In the old system, the big question for me was always when to leave strength/blocking and try and gain some vision levelling advantages while the player was still young enough to get them. It was probably around Day 100-ish, depending on how high you wanted those two keys stats to eventually be.

I think with this new system, the tempation to try and get agility levelling gains will be greater than it was for vision before.

Anyway, make him tall and heavy, and 'soft cap' between blocking and strength for the time-being. In other words, for the early part of his career pretend he's an o-lineman.
