Is a DT considered a full time blitzer unless otherwise told to do something else?

My understanding is that they are always rushing to the ball carrier. Its only technically a blitz on pass plays though, so an SA like Blitz would only fire on passing downs.

I've seen it first hand... I had a ton of points in it and compared it with a teammate DE who had none... same level as me, same build, and I noticed no speed difference. In fact, he was doing better than me because he converted the bonus tokens to SP's where he spent them on more "useful" things, like Shed Block, Tunnel Vision, First Step, etc.

My opinion of DE's is don't waste your time with AEQ. Just convert all your bonus tokens to SP's. DE's have awesome SA's to choose from, so there's no need to go digging in your backyard for oil when its already on your front porch.
