Anyone have opinions?

I'm thinking the same thing. There really doesn't seem to be one that stands out for a Man Specialist.

Jackhammer is really the only one that makes me look at it twice.

same problem...

JH is an option...but not sure how well it work for a typical low strength/tackle CB build?

wrap up tackle?
jumping catch?
diving tackle?

just not much to choose from that would make sense...

Might actually be good, you're always next to the WR...

Aura
Jumping Catch (Why is this not recommended by default?)

even though my CB is a man cb, i picked zone focus so if he is ever in zone he will get a bonus

I went with Jackhammer. Think about it...
With Swat Ball, Shutdown Coverage, Long Reach, and 3rd Down Stopper you are getting a lot of bonuses to deflect a pass. Why not add another bonus in Jackhammer, instead of worrying about tackling the guy if he does catch it?

KL =/= PD.

KL = PD in the sense that they didnt catch the ball.

I used wrap up tackling, it was between that and jackhammer for my man coverage CB, but I can't imagine getting my strength and tackling high enough for jackhammer to be effective. Maybe wrap up tackling will allow him not to get trucked as often.

None of them were very appealing.

I'm not particularly impressed with any of them to be honest. JH as a VA required a lot of strength, probably so for it as a SA also.

Would be nice if there was an interception assisting SA. From what I hear, Sticky Hands doesn't cut it for a CB or even a WR. Would love more clarification on this from someone who knows better.

You guys are stupid.
Jackhammer isn't and never was reliant on your attributes to be effective. It's a bonus added to a subtotal that is then a total.
What it contributes isn't variable unless you change its own quantity by putting more points into it.

Situation 1:
Let's say you have first capped strength and tackling trained to 30.
You add 10 to the Jackhammer SA. This for hypothetical purposes signifies a bonus of 25 to your tackling score, its own predetermined, stand-alone value.
Your first capped strength and 30 tackling for hypothetical purposes signifies a tackling score of 35.
25 is added to 35, your total tackling score is 60.
Your opponent has a "hold on to the ball" score. Your score vs his score determines what happens.
The addition of 25 to your tackling score from Jackhammer was a 70% increase.

Situation 2:
You have double capped strength and tackling.
You add 10 to the jackhammer SA. That's an addition of 25 to your tackling score on top of the 70 you already had from str/tackling.
Now it's 95, and that was a 35% increase.

Sticky hands will help you catch as a CB, but catching doesn't determine your ability to be in position for an interception.
That's vision, jumping, agility and speed.
