The Monkeys are without a doubt the best team in the East this year, they made some good improvements and deserve the top spot. A couple more games will decide the next couple slots in the power rankings.

I think the off season really changed the landscape of all BBB1 and that no team really is heads and shoulders above anyone else. This year I don't really take any team for granted, but, admittedly, last year I took Bristol, Hartford and the Jail Breakes for granted (no offense - read the preceding statement about this year!).
Just to show the difference, last year we beat the Massacre 69-23, this year it was 35-16. Talk about a vastly imprpoved team!

Even the Sharks who got relegated down to the East are looking like they could contend for a play-off spot, some teams definitely improved since last season and by week 16 the standings should definitely tell who did their homework throughout the off-season and regular season.
