It's just that you already wasted quite a bit of natural growth

You can still try to pump 1 more cap, I think

agility to 77, 81 if you boost. same with speed. strength to 74. look for SB AE or FS

He only put 1 point into First Step, so I'd say he's still cool. I think it's becoming a solid build.

Yea get strength to 74. Work on getting str to the 3/1 cap asap, then jump back to pumping up speed. Be careful you don't fall into the trap of over-emphasizing agility with lack of str. Both str AND agi are determined in break tackle rolls. Having said that, don't put any equipment into str though. Just concentrate on spd and agi and let SP's raise str.
