I was wondering if this would be a good way to build a hard hitting SS
Vision to 68--train strength/tackling
Strength to 48--train tackling/speed
Tackling to 68--train speed/agility
Speed to 73--train agility/stamina until agility gets to 36, then train strength/jumping
Agility to 68--train strength/jumping and then jumping/stamina
Jumping to 61--train stamina/confidence
Stamina to 48--continue with stamina/confidence
Pump SAs while training stamina/confidence
Confidence to 48 once it's trained to 36
not too sure where to go VA-wise & SA-wise for a HH SS?? 1st time builder of a SS
Continue pumping SAs while training jumping/strength for career
