Just hit 25 with my NT and wondering what the best VA's for NT's would be?

bull rush

Bull rush would be my first choice as well. After that, it's mostly a matter of preference. Common choices are stonewall, heavyweight, natural leader, power tackler, pocket crusher, pass rusher, etc. It depends on your defensive setup, what your NT's main task is, etc.

Why will he go natural leader with no points in defense general other than the CEQ (assuming he has it) ?

That's wasted VA points. Bad idea, wrong choice. Something that gives a bonus of 1% to 4 guys is worse than something that gives a bonus of 20% to one guy (numbers made up on the fly to explain the situation).

+1 at level 25 you shouldnt have natural leader

Oh, I get it. VAs for now. SPs for later.

Which is it? Build for World League or Build for now? And why the difference when considering different aspects of the build?

By Level 60, I hope he has plenty in Defense General, if he's gonna be a NT. Long term, VA choice, IMO is Natch Lead first.

VAs do not have agls so you can add one that will help now and later and then add the ones that will only help later with no penalty, whereas with SP you need to keep agls in mind

Thanks, I'm doing Bull Rusher for now, Natural leader if I ever get DL General, haven't shopped much yet.

True. I'm not saying he has to get Natch Leader now. He probably doesn't have the fame for it either.

I just don't understand all the advice that I see that is only about what to do RIGHT NOW and doesn't let agents know what they should consider over the entire process of the build. Bull Rush is fine for now, but in the long run, Natch Leader has to be the priority for a player at the NT position. That's what I'm trying to get at and obviously I'm not doing a good job of it.

We understand that, but why answer a question the OP didn't ask? He just asked what he should get at lvel 25!

I meant if I ever get an AEQ with DL General earlier, I know eventually I will put some points into it but I would hope to get it in AEQ to save SP.
