Is this piece any good for an OLB?

+3 agility is pretty nice regardless of the SA which isn't great. You might be better off with some sort of % piece I think, but that's just me.

It probably could be if you were intending to use AoI in order to boost your ability to make tackles, and were on a team that used you in that capacity. I'm not quite sure how it works to be honest, but it may not be a "permanent" morale penalty, but instead just a penalty during the particular play. Clarification on that issue would be valuable.
