At this low level, keep hitting agility and vision. You will need to hit jumping catching and SAs, but you can save that for the 40s.

eh? dude has no strength or tackle and Excessive vision and you want him to keep hitting it? no way.
with that 14 cap your jump, dump the rest into catch. Then start a 2 season long training program of strength/tackle. That CB is a major liability to his team in the running game as with zero career picks, he's not doing much on that front either.
You honestly need to get your strength/tackle/confidence/stamina all to mid 30's before you even think about touching speed/agiltiy/vision again. Also, buy some CE..all the cool kids do it.

you think 67 vision for a CB is excessive? You have no idea. Not to mention that your route would undermine his ability to slow build and destroy any chance he has at ever taking his player to a Pro league, much less WL.
Well, maybe he could play for the Nobles.

I do think that 68 vision for a level 35 is excessive. I think that he can afford to take some time and actually make a football dot that contributes instead of a player that is a determent to his defense.
I understand PRO/WL cb's roll at around 80 vision and more. But once he gets his base build straightened out and becomes a decent CB, that vision will still be there and he can spam it with SP's later on. With no work at all on it, he can spend the next 20 levels capping his secondaries and setting up his SA's and continuing to pump EQ points into speed agility and at level 55. He'll have a great build with vision in the low 70's. At that point he'll have 10-15 more levels of SP's to pump his vision towards 80 and beyond.
Right now, he needs to make a CB that can do some work IMO.

Fair enough. Different approaches for different folks. Yours will make a more functional CB at lower levels, but at the cost of limiting his ability to succeed end of career due to lack of maximized auto bonuses. I'd rather create a less functional CB at lower levels, but who gets more value from speed/agil/vision autobonuses. For the last few seasons, my CBs will be playing at speed/agil/vision levels that a CB on your build plan cannot reach, but that's your call.

no doubt. I understand that by on millionth capping the vision, the auto bonuses are worth more. But Also, capping multiple secondaries earlier also gets them smaller, but MULTIPLE, 2nd cap bonuses.
I'd imagine your way would have the player with a more effective level and yeah, more speed/agility/vision. But there is also more to dotball then just those things...they are sometimes understated. Things like jump/strength play a big part in fighting for the ball and confidence/stamina play a big part in making sure you can use your attributes effectively.
But you are right, I would rather have a player who plays at a A- level for 12 seasons, then one who plays at a C+ level for 10 then an A+++ level for 2. Like you said, different strokes..

I'd finish off Vision to 73. Cap Jumping.
Train either strength/tackling, confidence/stamina.
