Speed to 77 and or 80 then put your Agility to 70 then carrying goes up.

If a "speed" back is at level 11, he should be putting points into speed. Repeat for levels 12, 13, 14, 15, and maybe more.

When youre actually a speed back. AKA when your speed is higher than that of most other backs. If youre committed to it Id say a well timed 81-82 would look nice to an owner. Time it right and get a natural gain, training gain and a SP gain. Then repost and itll be AGI.
