Hey, I've gotten some conflicting advice on pass-rushing DEs. Without using exact numbers, on a theoretical basis which would y'all think would be more effective:

A DE with 95 speed and 108 agility, 90 speed and 113 agility, or 85 speed and 118 agility?

you really should include strength in your planning ......

I would think it would be the last one, but yeah, with like 75 strength or something like that...

Yeah but I took that as a given. Assume 75 strength already.

For a right DE I would go with the 95 speed and add all the first step SA's and jump the snap VA's I could. At 95 you will have at least 20 points on even the best OT's and probably be + 30 points at 108 for agility.

But I'm not an expert with DEs.

when i build my DE, i went speed first, then agility, then strength. all three are at the natural 81 now. i put most of the equipment in speed, some in agility.

numbers after equipment: speed 112, agility 95, strength 83 (two from AE)

he has done ok through out his time as a dot

tbh this changes every other season.
It's best to go to a team with lots of $$ and buy all equipment combo's and try them out in pre-season...
