Roughly this. Speed ought to get a cap bump or two. Also agree with intense training strength/carrying.

You chose Elusive for CE so basing off that choice.
Your too slow. Stopped at 68 SPD and went to AGI too soon. Should have gone to 77 SPD. AGI should then be taken to 74 preferable to 77 and while you taking AGi to 77 train STR/Carry so you can take carry to 68-74. Then cap off VIS up to 60
Without that speed you will get caught and probably still will since you lost some lvl gains (ALG's). AGI is part of acceleration allowing you to maintain speed through cuts and helps with break tackle rolls when you need it (combine with carry and slippery VA for elusive best chances at breaking tackles)
