I'd have to drop Perkis in those rankings, purely on their current record...they'd be 9th in my eyes with HP, EE and LW all moving up one.

Always nice to see what this throws up - I'm struggling to believe that Amsterdam will be run that close by Perkis though!

Yeah, that Amsterdam/Perkis prediction's a head-scratcher. Maybe the almost-identical scores they both had w/ Parts and Warsaw cause it??

As far as the E/W rankings go, I don't disagree. Mine are based moreso on the projections than record thus far.

Perkis is a better team than their W/L record would indicate. Take a closer look.

I think I'll skip the pbp then On the other hand - I owe the Parma OC one from last season. He made me look VERY bad on one play. Hopefully I can return the favor...

I meant to post earlier this morning but ran out of time. Don't count Perkis out of it until they're really out of it. Going into today's game against Amsterdam they had 3 losses.

- Kaohsiung in the first game of the season. Kaohsiung has a very good offense. Playing them early in the season would suck because there aren't a lot of games to scout.
- Bath, a 4 point loss.
- Hamburg, 3 point overtime loss. Perkis outgained them by over 100 yards in the loss.

Amsterdam, on the other hand, only had 1 big win coming into today....Hamburg by 2 points in a very close game.


I'm not surprised that the spreadsheet made this a pick'em game and I'm not at all surprised that Perkis won.

Again it seems Warsaw is chopped liver.

You guys were 4-3 going into today, I was looking for games against teams 5-2 or better. Very impressive though, 2 of your 3 losses where squeakers against Perkis and Amsterdam.
