I currently GM 2 teams and have signed quality players to both. I just like to help teams, plus have good football smarts.

1. It's spelled PERSON
2. You have two level 4 players and you are newish to GLB
3. GLB has nothing to do with football smarts

The 2 teams you GM, they're Pee Wee teams. No such thing as a 'quality level 1' not truly. Just such a thing as a quality start.

Pee Wee/Casual is not considered valid experience for the Main Stream world of GLB.

Newish? The guy signed up 17 days ago. No one in their right mind will offer him a DC position.

My advice, wait until you have at least 2 FULL seasons and a good understanding of how the game works, before trying to get even a scouting job much less a coordinating job.

Instead of everyone ripping this guy a new one because all of you know it all, why don't you offer the person so constructive criticism. My advice is to possibly ask someone to take you on as an apprentice to learn the DC position in this game. That way in a season or two you will be ready to take on a bigger task.

lol, no that just means you have to get lucky with guessing whether or not they go run or pass. I have gmed a casual team for three seasons and it was the easiest quickest gameplans ever. Plus that is how game planning used to be in GLB.

that's where you're wrong "bro". i've been an OC for both casual and minors teams in the past and i now own both a casual and a minors team and it literally takes about 5 mins to game plan for the casual team and a whole lot more for the minors team. casual is about who has the better builds and a whole lot about what the sim feels like doing on game day.
