just curious for others thoughts, looking to make him a good shutdown corner. Take his speed higher? If so, just to the 6 cap? After speed, take agility to ? Vision to ?

You'll get a range of opinions, but.......

Since you already 73 capped speed, with no regard to anything else, you might as well 77 cap it. Then.......go for agility all the way up there, training everything else along the way.

Based on agi being trained well into the 30s I'd cap that first before more speed.

Needs agility capped next while training vision/conf or vision/jumping if it were me.
