Without being able to see the build, throwing is usually a good idea.

cool, sorry i can't show the build. should post it but i'm ok with just knowing to add throwing. btw throwing is 114 so add there?

also, should i invest in a +3 vision (which is at 89 or so with EQ) and +5% pass quality AEQ piece?

With throwing well over 100, I'd say invest everything in vision. That AEQ piece looks great. Grab it.
