Hi, I'm building my 2nd CB as my first one is getting close to retirement. I want to do it "better" this time.

He's a level one, and his stats are below. Right now I'm intense training speed/agility.

Should I:

a. Keep training speed/agility, banking SP until I can get speed up to 73 cap
b. Once I get speed up to 30 (or another number) by training, switch to agility/vision training, still banking SP until I can get speed up to 73 cap
c. Other (please explain).

Thanks for your suggestions!

Train Speed/Agility and don't 'bank' SP until you can get it to 73, cap speed as fast as possible! Train it until 90%+ and once you have enough to get it to 48, cap it. Then train Agility Vision. And just keep putting all your SP's into speed. It'll cost less getting it to 73 than if you just saved points until you could do it as you'll miss all the ALG's by 'banking'.

The do the same with Agility, it should be well trained by the time you have speed done. Train to 90%+ and get it to 48 as soon as you have the points. Then add all the SP's you get to agility until its at 73 whilst training Vision/Jumping.

Now do the same as above with Vision, maybe even go higher, and move training to Jumping/Strength, or whatever else you prefer.

This except I think that I would go to the 6:1 cap instead of the 5:1 cap if you want to be effective at the higher levels. Though there seem to be varying opinions about this.

meh... the numbers wind up looking pretty at the end build, but in the mean time your stuck with an incredibly unbalanced build. and even at the end build, if you go that high on your primaries, you wont really have time to get secondaries and SAs to where they need to be.

basically, going higher nets more total SP, but stopping at 68/68/74 will net you a better build (better secondaries and more SAs... and SAs for a CB are your best friend)

so why go 74 on vision??? Is it because all of your equipment is in speed and agility? Just curious...

When you cap speed/agility first, they get more natural level gains (because when you're a lower level, the gains are higher) so speed will get to at least 74 natural BEFORE you even get vision to 74, and agility won't be close behind.

That plus what you said are the two reasons.
