Currently have 5 VAs into Quick Release, and 4 into Hard Count

And also, are the advanced EQ pieces that have +% to pass quality, or pass distance worth it? I have 1 piece of each, with pass distance up to +7%, and pass quality at +10% If they are not good, what is a good advanced piece to look for?

Well, I find Pass Distance to be worthless. Pass Quality is one of the better ones.

Pass Quality is the AEQ, IMO.

Best VAs are Quick release, Clock Manager, Field General.

At that low of a level you might want to just go with Hard Count because of the low vision DEs around that level.
