technique man -> agility based
heavyweight -> strength based

sounds like it might be tough to build a player that wants to utilize both VAs to the best of their ability, but if it worked, it could be a very nice combo

This.

Plus Heavyweight is not "strength based", it's a flat bonus to your knockdown roll upon breaking the block, so it's better with great strength, but still good with decent strength.

This would be perfect for a Uber High Agi based DE...

"Heavyweight:
This player is hard to block. Each level of Heavyweight gives a +1.5% bonus to knocking down his blocker when breaking a block."

Agility is used in the Break Block formula along with Str, Blk, Vis, etc etc

So if you have a DE with Agi at 110+ AND Technique Man, then you'll be doing something good I think...

NB Technique Man: This player has great technique when fighting blockers. Each level of Technique Man gives a +2% Bonus to breaking Pass Blocks when using the Evasive Pass Rush tactic, if the blocker has at LEAST 10% less agility.

So, the more Agility you have, the better the chnace of getting TM to fire, which then increases the chances of putting the Blocker down... Great combination for the right build.
