I'm a bit surprised that the The Blazing Chocolate Turtles won the Season 13, USA Pro League League Championship, but are still in USA Pro
What happened ?
Shouldn't they be forced to play in WL ?
Are there different rules for teams outside APL ?

Wow. It would've taken you all of 10 seconds to click on the team and figure that out for yourself.

Not to mention, unlike APL, the runner up in the league championship game went to the WL and an alternate from the East went as well.
