I've got an idea I want to try out this, so I'm willing to take over as special teams coordinator for a Pee Wee team, providing I get to bring in four special team players (none of them would be kick returners).
I've got tonnes of experience at all levels including a bunch of seasons at the Pee Wee level doing this job - the only thing I ask is that you have a mostly-complete roster (i.e., if you've only got 10-20 human-controlled guys on the roster by this point, I'm going to say no).
